Environmental Planning and Environmental Site Assessments

We can perform all phases of environmental planning and management including the preparation of environmental audits, assessing environmental impacts (i.e., noise, hazardous waste, traffic, air quality, zoning regulations, etc.), Enviromental Impact Assessments (EIAs or EAs), Environmental Impact Statements (EISs) and environmental monitoring (i.e., noise, traffic, etc.).

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) have become an important part of the commercial/industrial property transfer process. Environmental laws and regulations impose environmental liability on property owners, past and present. An environmental assessment conducted by a trained professional is recommended and in some cases required prior to the transfer of a property. ESAs are conducted to identify any activities or conditions, past or present, that may represent a "recognized environmental condition" according to ASTM E 1527-00.

Wright Weather's environmental professionals perform environmental assessments in accordance with ASTM standards. We also can perform additional testing and assessments as part of the Phase I.
